Hello!

My Mum’s specialist suggested it to help her sleep, and I can’t find it at my local Coles Supermarket. Where can I find ‘Sleepy Time’ tea?

  • go to T2. they have a huge range and their sleep tea is really nice

  • I haven’t heard of it. Maybe try the T2 shop, they have a huge variety. If that fails, chamomile tea is good to assist with sleep

  • Health food shops are your best option!

  • Chemist Warehouse is the cheapest

  • Healthy shops

  • You can buy it online and some health food stores.

  • I would think woolworths or a health food shop, if you can’t find it at coles

  • Thanks so much VALP. At least now I know what I’m looking for.

  • Have you tried Chamomile Tea? I have a cup every night and it definitely helps me sleep.

  • I drink it regularly. But I find it in my local Coles.

  • Most supermarkets, Health Food stores or tea shops.

  • Yes; it worked for me and tasted good too.

  • What a wonderful idea! Does it work for adults too? I am a very light sleeper, always have been since I was a child.

  • It is called celestial seasonings sleepy time tea. You can buy them in a box at woolworths, in hate herbal tea section. They are on special this week too!

  • I have purchased this tea from Woolies and from health food stores. It comes in a small box/packet and has a teddy bear wearing a nightgown and cap on the box/packet.

  • Ive never heard of “sleepy time tea” i think i would be looking at a natural shop or health store they should be able to help you out.
