I would steer clear of Kuta. Seminyak has nice places Tran hotelis good

We travel to Bali every year. Last year I was 8 weeks pregnant. Talk to your doctor about what to take for gastro just in case. Don’t drink the water, always buy heaps of bottled water. Regarding where to stay, we always stay in Seminyak and always in villas. When you compare these with hotel rooms they aren’t much difference in price and you get so much more space. You can also do a pool villa for privacy, most villas include breakfast. Seminyak is quieter than Kuta. So villas that we have stayed at in Seminyak and would recommend Uma Sapna, La Villais Spa, Jas Villas, Astana villas Batu Belig. We are off again in June with our 6 month old. You can also buy pretty much everything in Bali, baby wise. Nappies, wipes etc. hope you enjoy your holiday.
