Vets and animal supply stores have excellent jackets for dogs. The jacket I have you slip their front legs thru holes and it buttons up underneath. Never falls off
My experience is that Mandie would just not leave it on and if I let her be she would just sit down and not move until I took it off. Only letting you know this before you spend too much money on a jacket that might not be appreciated. Good luck.
Hi MOM4107, thanks for your good answer and advice. I will head off to the chemist and have a look for this product. I will try anything safe and proven to relieve her pain and soreness.
Hi mum 93821. I used to work in canine rehabilitation. If you have a chemist warehouse near you, pop in and get some rapigel. It’s a menthol/ camphor and when rubbed on , it warms the joints. It’s been great for my dog with hip dysplasia
Thanks for the answers, will look at all of these places. Our poor old pooch has terrible joint pain and even with injections she is still a little sore! I need to make her happy and comfortable at all times! I would not have thought of Horseland MOM 4107! Thank you!
I had to get some heavy duty ones from petbarn – as much as my dogs love being warm, they also like to destroy everything including countless jqckets. I think the brand they have now is weatherbeeter
