Ah no….just no.
My first was overdue by 2 weeks and was 7lb 7oz
2nd was 2 weeks early and was 7lb 6oz
3rd was a week early and was 7lb 5oz

They became 1oz lighter each time but they each came faster and faster….1st was 7hours, 2nd 2.5hrs and the 3rd was 45mins…only just made it to the hospital

Ouchie my vanny would be on fire. Hats off to the mum without any pain relief.

I wonder if she had a short labour. They say the more babies you have the shorter the time in labour. Living in a small town she may have been a long distance from a hosptial. I have no knowledge of distances involved.

That’s a huge baby. How sad that the baby already has health problems though.
My daughter was 3 kilos 324 grams.

My last bub was nearly 8 ponds and no drugs. My analgesia was singing nursery rhymes! lol. This was my choice because when I WAS HAVING MT THIRD BUB THEY GAVE ME TOO MANY DRUGS TOO close to each other and of course it affected my beautiful baby. She is ok now thankfully.

wow and i thought my babies were big, my heaviest was 9 pound 10 1/2 ounces!

Wow, that is a whopper bub. My daughter was 6 lbs 14 oz and 4 weeks early.

My daughter was nearly 9 pounds and I delivered her without any pain relief. My son was smaller and an undiagnosed breech so I had gas and pethidine with him

One of my great grandma sons were 14pounds. Obviously no painkillers and she was only a small 5foot tall too. She sounded amazing!
My older 2 sons were 8pound8 and 10pounds.

I have 6 children and all different weights
9lb 9oz
9lb 2oz
8lb 12oz (3 weeks early)
8lb 6oz (3 weeks early)
7lb 6oz (3 weeks early)
7lb 3oz (4.5 weeks early)

I thought 9lb 2oz was a pretty good size for my son. My grandmother had 5 kids and 4 of them were over 12lbs and 1 was 8lbs. She said the bigger ones were so much easier because they did all the work for you. She certainly had no painkillers in those days.

My children varied between about nearly 5lbs each for twins to 9lbs 10oz for my oldest. My grand daughter was 10lbs 5oz at birth. All are thin ones now and no diabetes involved

Hooly Dooley! My first was only 8 pound 3 3.75kgs i think. My current baby is measuring big but that bubba is huggge! Poor mumma.
