So what if it’s expressed breast milk, women can successfully pump and dump. Maybe she has an entire freezer filled with preexpressed milk. Some people need to stop being judgey, acting as if they know everything about other people. Oh no, a mum being a person rather than just a caregiver, better try to make her feel like a monster and make threats to take her kids away (lol at that comment)

At first I thought, nah, that’s cool, bub is being bottle fed. No issue. Then I thought, oh what if that’s expressed milk and not formula? Then it could be an issue because the wine would go through into the breast milk.

I see nothing wrong with this photo. Her baby is being fed and she’s enjoying a glass of wine. It doesn’t say that she drank the whole bottle. We need to raise other mums up, not put them down.

As long as the milk for bubs was expressed before she was drinking or its formula, who cares. A glass of wine can be congratulatory for getting through the day.

People are so quick to judge with no idea of context.

People need to get a life. One glass of wine does not make her a bad mother. Nor does 2. I’m really sick of all these sanctimonious people in the world.

There is no reason why a mother cannot enjoy a drink of any kind while feeding her child. 1 glass of wine is not going to make her so inebriated that she would drop her baby. The baby could be on formula for all they know but even if it were breast milk in that bottle there is no reason why she can’t have a wine. Have we become so perfect that we have to find fault in others, perhaps they need to take a closer look at themselves because they are nothing but bullies.
Enjoy yr wine lady & keep yr sanity, it is hard work raising 3 children & we don’t have to be perfect all the time or we would go nuts.

Drinking wine or drinking a hot drink still comes down to the same thing. If the mother knows what she is doing then who is to worry. As this is her third child then I think she has already practised some.

If her baby is drinking breast-milk, I find it very inappropriate. But if it’s formula, why not?

Gorgeous kids. Let’s focus on the positives! Plus, it looks like a bottle to me (but if social media says she’s breastfeeding that is one weird looking breast).

My only concern is that if the bottle slips the wrong way her baby may only be sucking in air, not ideal for a newborn.
