These are great for cooking a roast chicken, cooks to perfection, keeps the chicken moist and keeps the mess to a minimum. We chuck in a lemon, herbs and veg, about 1.5-2hrs depending on the size of the chook and tada! – delicious dinner!

Perfect if you want a moist roast chicken. I cut the bag from the top at the end to get a better flavour out of the skin.
