I found this was great as a base to add more banana and chocolate chips to, but would never buy and make. The first time I made it, I found it didnt have enough flavour and was really bland, so the next time, added more banana and choc chips and it worked bette.r

White Wings is a good brand. I really love Banana Bread, so was very critical. The bread is a little dry if you follow the recipe. Next time I use it I will cook for five minutes less and let the heat cook it.
