I have been baking our own bread for more than 20 years now. I always use Lowan Yeast Dried Instant because it never lets you down. Besides it is cheaper than comparing brands; and because it does not have single serves you can use as much as you need.

I love this yeast ,I like the container it’s in instead of the little satchels .The only thing you need to remember is to put it into the fridge after first use

Got This yeast to make pineapple pie and the buns for pork buns. Worked really well, rose quiet quickly and I was really happy with it

Found this to be such a big container when all you need is a teaspoon for most recipes so if you don’t use it often enough by the time you go to use it again I’ve found that the bread doesn’t rise well so it’s quite wasteful.
Would recommend buying the box of individual sachets instead.

Good brand for all baking needs. Just read the instructions carefully on how to store after opening as I tried it after an extended period and the dough wouldn’t rise

I’d been using Lowan yeast for years but recently stopped when told it’s now made in China. While I’m ok with buying most Chinese goods, I’m hesitant about their food production standards so try to avoid feeding them to my family if possible.
The website proudly states ‘Australian, plant based, whole foods, that’s what we stand for.’
Not in this case it would seem.

This is great, have a tub in the fridge for when we make bread at home. It keeps great and rises the bread amazingly.. love it!

Have been using this product for years and it has always been reliable and easy to use.
Recently realises this product is now being Made in China! Why??? Disappointed is an understatement.

I have a bread maker so I buy this for my home made bread. I love that it comes in a container so that I can use as much or as little as is needed. Handy to store in the freezer too and a container lasts for donks

I like this yeast because it is easy to use rather than trying to get the all the little yeast balls out of those little packets. As everyone else said – remember to keep it in the fridge or freezer.

Excellent value and great if you are baking a lot. As others reviews have said, it lasts longer in the fridge/freezer as it’s performance drops after awhile

Unless you use a lot of yeast this is not a great idea. I found it worked great for a good while but then none of my breads or pizza bases would rise properly. I use the small sachets now.

Works fantastic. Use in my bread and donuts for great results. Dough rises every time. I keep in the freezer and it stays really fresh.

I always forget to put it in the fridge or freezer after opening to keep it fresh. It always works really well in the first instance then not so well after because it sits for too long. But really that is my own fault for not storing properly and being too lazy to make more things

Its a must in my pantry! Like the size of the package. Easy to open and close. Lid keep it fresh for very long. Good quality produkt. Perfect for baking cakes,making pizza or bread.

The lowan instant dried yeast offers great value for money. The cylinder is resealable allowing me to use it on many occasions and is great for most of my baking needs.

ive used this twice and suprisingly good product, doesnt have a bad taste to it like most do, really nice and done exactly what i needed it to do

Logan Yeast Dried Instant is much easier to use then the sachets. I stick mine in the fridge so it lasts, and it works well in making my food rise every time.

Have been using for over 10 years. Never fails. Easy to use, I make breads, bagels, pretzels and more using this yeast. I highly recommend it

Love this, so practical for bait at home. We make pizza bases, bread rolls, scrolls and the list goes on. I love that it’s a bulk lot, fabulous value for money! No pesky sachets to deal with or realising that you don’t have enough. Simply put the whole container in the fridge!!

This dried yeast can be stored in the freezer and lasts forever so it’s so easy to just scoop out a teaspoon when you need it

My daughter loves to bake breads, rolls and the like and we use lowan yeast. She has whipped up things quickly ( for bread making) with this and it has risen well and baked beautifully.
