Prefer the granules version. I really enjoy this as I love my food and drinks sweet but don’t like the extra calories which come with usual sugar. Wish this was cheaper

This is good if portion control is one of your priorities but also, this is a natural sugar (so they advertise) compared to regular sugar so it’s good for you

In answer to the comment below, yes sugar is a natural product. It’s what happens to it from paddock to plate that makes it not so healthy. Raw or grown sugar is the closest to nature, the white stuff I’d poison

I try to not have too much of these as I am still skeptical about how natural sweeteners are. However i do like to add them to a home made iced coffee occasionally.

Ok, Natvia is natural, but so is sugar, so why not just use sugar! There is such a fuss about sugar, to me this is just as bad… Everything in moderation

I love this product! For me, its convenient to use and keep as I drink a lot of coffee and a mindset to help me in everyway possible without quitting coffee (which is hard)
