This is a sugar I was hesitant to buy but a friend mentioned that it was a good substitute. I think it tastes a little different but was impressed.

Ive only recently started trialing subsituting refine sugars for other alternatives such as agave sugar. The sugars of the world Mexican was stocked at my local supermarket and i made a mudcake using it and it turned out great
