Our family as a whole doesn’t get very much fish in our diet (not a massive fan of sea food) so these fish oil tablets are a nice source of omega 3s3

Sometimes it looks like this is some candy and gummy lollies which can be easily confused for.
If you still get your daily dose, then that’s all good.

Unless prescribed by doctor I wouldn’t recommend giving this to child. I rather feed them with healthy nutritional food.

These are so great when you don’t like to take a fishy smelling tablet. They are also great for the whole family including my young ones.

a very pleasant way to take fish oil, the taste is mild and quite good tasting. Very convenient too especially if you hate swallowing capsules.
