Has a pleasant taste and really helped me when I had Covid. A family member left a package of goodies at my front door and this was one of them.

I don’t know if irs just our family but we seem to get bit by gastro every year whether its from me working at the hospital and with kids or from the kids child care. Either way, this is easily taken to rehydrate and we have thankfully never been dehydrated enough for hospital admissions. Touch wood.

I think this gastrolyte is so effective and actually tastes really pleasant, dare I say delicious? Great to drink and makes you feel much better again

I took these while pregnant with my last two children as I was hardly keeping anything down and it was the only way that I could stay hydrated. The taste was not unpleasant.
