Always have strepsils around in winter, not a fan of this original flavour purley because their are better flavors now so I no longer get original

As these have been a long time product I still buy the original when I have a sore throat, and feel that they provide a temporary relief. The taste is quite strong, but prefer these to some of the flavoured ones.

I appreciate where this lozenge began all those years ago but there are better flavours that surpass this one in many ways. Same sore throat properties but inferior taste (harsh, but that’s the best way to differentiate them)

I use Strepsils original lozenges more for irritating coughs rather than a sore throat. I find that if I have a sore throat or feel a cold coming on, Strepsils don’t really do anything to hinder the cold or help the throat. They taste nice, but for sore throats I’d rather take something else.

Strepsils are brilliant throat lozenges when I have a really nasty sore throat. I keep a packet of these handy for those sore throat moments.

Strepsils original lozenges are a very good lozenge to take to ease a sore throat when you have a cold or flu.They cost a little more but worth it as they work.
