Feeling a bit blah, low energy and lacking any pep. I thought I might be lacking something, so I bought myself a jar of this. Easy to swallow, a bit expensive, lots of vitamins/minerals in each tablet. I didn’t really notice a difference in my feelings though. Maybe I need to take for a longer period or maybe it’s another issue unrelated to vitamin deficiency
