I bought these from the pharmacy because they are supposed to help bring up your mood a little and improve general health. Not sure if they work as intendedt

I think this helped to get me to sleep, but it is was a mild shift. Still i liked that it was easy to take at night and did not leave a disgusting taste in your mouth like some other ones.
