I love this brunette shampoo. I do think it helps protect your coloured hair and it definitely makes it shine and smell amazing. Glad I tried it.

I used this shampoo and it’s corresponding conditioner after starting to dye my hair. I wouldn’t say it makes any difference with the colour however the combination of the two left a nice shine in my hair.

Love John Frieda shampoo cleans it great helps make my hair shiny great to use along side with John Frieda conditioner the only thing is it’s really expensive
