    I can’t recall how many delicious dishes I have made using Antoniou Pastry Filo over the years. This is simply the best filo. I don’t think I’ve ever had a failure. Layers of crisp, flaky pastry every time. Sweet or savoury dishes work to perfection.

    Antoniou Pastry Filo is nice and flaky..perfect for my favourite cake – baklava. Easy to store and use. One package is enough for one size cake.

    I love using this Pastry Filo because of its light-as-air crispiness and its delicious flakiness. It is also a much healthier option to puff pastry as it contains no fat. Perfect for pockets and cups with a variety of fillings.

    I buy this product regularly and use it in different types of dishes. Just today I’ve prepared a spinach and feta pie using it. I would just like to have the possibility to buy a smaller package, because I don’t use it all at once, and sometimes I leave what’s left in the fridge and when I take it out to use it, it has gone bad and I have to throw it away.

    Whenever I’ve looked for filo pastry, Antoniou Pastry Filo is the only brand I can find in the supermarket. Luckily it’s a great product at a good price and I’ve used it for many savory and sweet recipes, but my favourite is cheese triangles.
