Lemnos Australian Hallumi chesse is one of the best i had. Perfect for frying, bbq or grilling. Nice flavour-not to salty and size is ok for 2-3people

Lemnos make good products – well the ones I have tried so far. This halloumi is tasty, a good texture and holds up well the pan frying or on kebabs as well.

I love this haloumi cheese. We tend to have it on the bbq with a steak and salad. It has a great texture and love the salty flavour. I regularly buy this brand, it’s not a bad price usually compared to some others.

Lemnos Australian Halloumi cheese is one of the best brands of halloumi that I’ve tried. It tastes delicious when fried with different spices and makes a very special treat for brunch or lunch.

This is by far my favourite haloumi. I have tried others and they either break apart when cooking or don’t taste as good. I love the texture of thie cheese. If I slice it thinly and cook it just right, it’s like having halouni chips. Otherwise It’s delicious sliced a bit thicker and fried in a little olive oil. This makes lunches seem more special.

Lemons Halloumi has a nice squeaky feel. When cooked it holds it shape and does not go chewy or runny at all which can be a good thing if served on a salad but if you like the slight runny, chewiness this does not have it. Taste really delicious.

My girlfriend in Queensland introduced me to Halloumi a few years ago. Her hubby cooked it up on the bbq. My son and I both loved it, and Lemnos tastes better than some of the others I have tried. It is a salad must have now!!

I can eat a whole block of this cheese perfect with lamb and squeeze some fresh lemon onto the grilled cheese do not use olive oil to cook just use a dry pan

Lemnos Halloumi Cheese is so delicious! I generally fry it on the barbecue or directly on the stove and add it to a salad. It brings so much flavour!! A very good product!!
