A family favourite of mine us spinach and ricotta cannelloni and also a ricotta lasagna so using a good rich perfectly salted ricotta and i have fallen in love with this one

I love the taste of Mamma Lucia Fresh ricotta cheese. It tastes so fresh and light and is great on toast and bagels. I also use it to make home made ravioli with ricotta and spinach.
