This camembert is heavenly. Delish on a cheese board, it’s so rich and creamy. Or my personal fave is to bake it. Just add garlic, little thyme or rosemary, dash of vermouth and some xv olive oil. Try this cheese!!

Oh my gosh, what a delicious soft cheese this one is. It is by far, my favourite, and I enjoy every single bit. Good size block, but sometimes I wish it was a bigger block. Great Aussie cheese.

This Camembert is really creamy and delicious. The rind isn’t super bitter, which is lovely and it tastes fantastic on crackers with a glass of wine. I have also baked it with a little honey, garlic and walnuts and it was absolutely fabulous!

Purchased this Tasmanian Heritage Camembert especially for a special recipe, the value 250g round was on special at Woolies for 1/2 PRICE $5.90 It was sooo smooth and creamy and was really exceptional. Normally quite expensive at $47.20 per kg but when it goes down to half it’s the time to buy. Aussie through and through it really is true blue. DeLiCiOuS .

This is my go to cheese when I have visitors, it goes perfect with biscuits and dip. It is expensive but sometimes goes half price and this is when I purchase it.
