If you looking for a great ricotta cheese for cooking then look no further. This cheese is lovely. Ricotta isnt a terrably tasty cheese but as far as they go this one is really nice.

Full flavour and nice and smooth. I grab these when on special abd cheaper than other brands as I’m not loyal but this never disappoints

So much healthier for my lasagne and it is so much quicker than Bechamel sauce. It has a smooth consistency, it tastes good and prevents the greasiness.
