I love Pantalica Ricotta. We sometimes go directly to the factory to get there delicious dairy products. I love fresh ricotta and this already packaged one, is no exception. I like that this is reduced in fat..perfect to add to some fresh pasta! Nothing beats “Pasta è Ricotta”
