    I use Bulla’s light thickened cream when I need to thicken pasta sauces. It adds a lovely creamy texture to my dishes without being too heavy. This cream is perfect for cooking, however it doesn’t thicken well for cakes etc.

    I couldn’t really tell the difference between this Bulla Light Thickened cream and the supermarket brand light thickened cream except the later was cheaper. Both obvious don’t whip and both were quite runny. I would probably go with the one that was more budget friendly if i had to decide.

    Because of it being light, it lacks the fat content needed to whip it. So can only use as pouring cream or in recipes. Slightly higher sugar content then full fat cream

    I use this cream regularly. I use cream quite a lot during the week whether it be a bit in soup or a creamy pasta. Sometimes if I find it a bit thin I just thicken with a bit of cornflour. Good taste and handy portion so not as much waste.

    Bulla Light Thickened Cream is really light and taste great. I use this for baking cake, whipped, add curry, pasta sauce… anything in the kitchen.

    This is a great tasting light and “healthy” cream. Tastes great with strawberries, or within carbonara for example. Not the best for whipping though, use a different cream
