When I need pure cream, I use Dairy farmers. Great quality, great to add to my homemade pumpkin soup and many other things.
Recommend every time.

I much prefer the pure cream for making whipped cream. I think it holds its shape better than the thickened creams. Also it doesn’t get runnier on sitting. The thickened creams when whipped seem to lose the density and collapse over time.
