    I used this many times to whip to make meringues, pavlova or Swiss meringue buttercream. When doing a big batch of meringues or a pavlova it always seemed like such a waste of the egg yolks when using whole eggs so this product is a great easy option. It is also good because it tells you the measurements to add the equivalent amount off egg which is handy.

    Delicious egg white eggs! These eggs are one of our favourites to buy, a reasonable price for good quality eggs. My children love making scrambled and bulls-eye breakfasts with these.

    I used this to make meringues and it was a god send. I hate wasting the yolks so this was really handy for me.

    I use this to make pavlova when I can’t be bothered to separate all the eggs. It works very well and tastes great. You do need to use it all in one go really because it doesn’t last long once it is open.

    I love this product – you can freeze it too. The only issue I have is that you have to use it all so quickly. I would love it if it was in two egg omelette size packaging

    \These egg whites are nice to use for omelettes. I was wasting so much egg yolks using normal eggs to make my omelettes or protein pancakes. Just be sure to use them up quickly onced opened as they don’t last a long time
