I enjoyed my crackers and dip along with this Gouda cheese then I accompanied it with some Brown Brothers Moscato. Great combination of flavours I found this cheese to be light in favour and the texture was easy to bite into and easy to cut into small pieces to place on the crackers.

Love Gouda Cheese as it can be used for a variety of addictives. I use it on cauliflower cheese white sauces and I especially love it on a variety of biscuits or crusty breads.

I adore Gouda cheese and also adore Mainland Cheese – so the perfect cheese for me when serving up a platter with my favourite types of cheese.
