    Loved this cheese when I tried recently for the first time. Very strong flavour but really delicious. Good for grating to use in fritters or just as is on biscuits.

    This cheese just takes me back home in Spain. It is a bit strong for some people so just eat it by itself, no need of fancy crackers.

    I use this in cooking as it’s a nice str9ng dlavour, similar to partaking cheese but very versitle. I do recommend trying it out

    This is my favourite cheese. I try to get this whenever I have guests over. Its hard and strong kind of similar to parmesan but even better.

    Not a fan of this brand, I tried manchego cheese at costco and thought they would all be the same but I was wrong it’s got a really off taste ended up throwing it out

    This cheese is good for cooking especially if you’re making something Mexican as a lot of the recipes can for Manchego.
    Unfortunately if you think it’s going to go great on a cheese board, think again. The taste isn’t great and just tastes like plastic so it’s better left for cooking.
    All in all, it’s a good cheese given the right recipe.
