Loved this cheese when I tried recently for the first time. Very strong flavour but really delicious. Good for grating to use in fritters or just as is on biscuits.

This cheese just takes me back home in Spain. It is a bit strong for some people so just eat it by itself, no need of fancy crackers.

Had this for the first time the other day. Flavour was a bit too strong for my palette. My husband was indifferent though. Probably wouldn’t buy again

This cheese is great it pairs with fruit pasta and crackers. It is expensive but worth the buy. Prefer to buy this when it’s on sale

Such a yummy cheese and purchase when on sale as it’s a little pricey to grab each and every week. A perfect addition to your next cheeseboard.

Will buy this when on special as it is nice with crackers, or in pasta dishes, and I love the sharp taste of it by itself.

I grab this when I see it on special and markdowns because its super tasty for topping pasta or bakes.

I use this in cooking as it’s a nice str9ng dlavour, similar to partaking cheese but very versitle. I do recommend trying it out

This is my favourite cheese. I try to get this whenever I have guests over. Its hard and strong kind of similar to parmesan but even better.

Not a fan of this brand, I tried manchego cheese at costco and thought they would all be the same but I was wrong it’s got a really off taste ended up throwing it out

This cheese is good for cooking especially if you’re making something Mexican as a lot of the recipes can for Manchego.
Unfortunately if you think it’s going to go great on a cheese board, think again. The taste isn’t great and just tastes like plastic so it’s better left for cooking.
All in all, it’s a good cheese given the right recipe.
