You can’t have a cheese platter without this on it
This cheese is crumbly but also creamy, it’s tangy (if you can describe cheese as tangy?) and pairs really well with quince paste. I normally include it on a platter with quince paste, a great french triple brie, olives, grapes, rosemary savoury twirls (I find them in the savoury biscuits aisle with the croutons) and pate. OH YUM!!!
