I recently tried this for a dairy alternative, as I generally like soy milk and vanilla taste, but this was just Ok and had a bitter after taste

It’s alright for a non dairy yoghurt. Bit too thin but it tastes ok. Should b cheaper for what it is but all in all its alright

Soy Life vanilla creme fat free yoghurt l bought recently on sale and found it to be a good tasting yoghurt and was handy for a work break.

My daughter has a dairy allergy so Soy is our go to , this is the only Soy yoghurt she will eat and she loves it!

Soy Life Vanilla Creme Fat Free Yoghurt is a sweet, creamy and delicious yoghurt. I love the vanilla taste and the size of the tubs.

We tried this Soy Life Vanilla Yoghurt for something different and we all found it way too sweet. IT may be low in fat or fat free but sugar is high and check out the salt content. it was something like 130mg per serve and compared to our usual brand of yoghurt this is high.

I normally don’t like soy but I really love the taste of this vanilla creme soy yoghurt & as I am very underweight & actually have to force myself to eat anything normally I actually now look forward to having one each morning. I have found this yoghurt to be very helpful with my digestive system as it is very easy to eat when I feel unwell but have to eat something to take my 12 hourly medication as it feels so light in my stomach that I don’t feel bloated like I do with other yoghurts. I also manage to eat a small meal at night now too as this yoghurt really settles my stomach for the day.
