We love to eat a lot of cheese in this household and we buy a variety of cheese types. This grated light cheese by Bega is good for topping nachos.

I was trying to do the healthy thing so I brought this cheese. I found it a bit like plastic, and it didn’t melt very well on my toast. I will be definitely sticking to my full fat cheese in the future
