I some times use theFarmers Union Light Greek Yoghurt as I like the taste and then h either day I looked at the lab,e and realised it has an huge amount of sugar in it compared to the non light version so I will stick to the regular one in the future.

I’m not a fan of this at all! I purchased this to eat on top of my muesli. I absolutely hated the taste. But I think it would work better for cooking not just straight eating out of the tub.
