I always get this brand of Parmesan because it tastes great. It is nice and bitey, it grates pretty well and melts nicely. I prefer it in the block because I feel like it has a nicer taste and I can grate it super finely over a meal before serving and it just melts into it.

Mil Lel parmesan cheese is a strong parmesan that is tasty and from a very good brand,great for our pasta dishes and would be among the top packet cheeses.

It’s handy coming grated like this, makes it easy to quickly sprinkle a bit on a salad etc, however I find this pack a little less full of flavour and a bit stale compared to a block freshly grated
