I love the authenticity of fresh parmesan and this block would probably grate better for me if I had a proper parmesan grater. I use the standard grater and due to the hardness of the cheese it is hard to grate without chunks crumbling off the block. But it does taste brilliant.

Easy to use as it is always there. Gives a filip to anything Italian, just a sprinkle will do it. Of course it stays fresh an does not clump.
