The Puglia Marinated Bocconcini Cheese is a great quality cheese and very tasty. i would recommend buying and trying – this is healthy and tasty.

I use these when making bakes (potato bakes especially) as they are convenient to just scatter on the top of the dish, they are creamy and melt well

Puglia Bocconcini Cheese is perfect to pop in your mouth and enjoy with a glass or wine (I like to do this whilst cooking something) after a meal or is fantastic as part of a dish eg on top of pizza, wrapped in a chicken thigh that also has prosciutto wrapped over that and simmered in a tomato sauce. Very versatile
