My mouth is watering just thinking about this cheese! Absolutely divine however one issue is don’t start eating it on your own unless you are happy to eat the whole thing because it’s so delicious it’s hard to stop eating!!!! Great to open with a bottle of wine and a friend or two.

Beautiful and creamy, love it on biscuits with a glass of wine. Great texture and not too strong, could eat the whole packet at once but not ideal for the waist.

This is one of my daughter’s favourite cheese so I often buy it for her. It is a beautiful delicate flavour that goes very well with water crackers. The cheese is soft and the texture is smooth. Lovely.

I find this cheese to be a little boring – not enough taste for me as i do like a cheese that has some taste to it. I find their other cheeses to be better.

Castello white cheese is a seriously delicious and wonderful cheese to eat. It is such a treat when I can find this cheese on special at the store.

I love cheese and different types of brie and camerbert. I really liked this soft cheese. It does have a distinct flavour but it is really quite smooth.
