D’affinois is the best cheese that you can buy. It is so soft and smooth. Put it with some quince paste on a cracker and it is pure heaven. Will not have a cheese platter without this.

Guilloteau Fromage De Affinois Brie l tastes at Safeway during a sampling and it is now one of my favourite cheese to buy for very special occasions pricey but absolutely delicious!

This is pure indulgence. simply spread it on a beautiful crunchy french baguette. I had this out to munch before a meal for my guests and it was gone in no time. Just a beautiful creamy and full of flavour cheese
