Castello Blue (or as we call it Blue Castello) is hands down our favourite blue for being a perpetual crowd pleaser. It is mild enough to not feel like a punch in the face (some blues can be intense!) but it has enough depth to really enjoy its blue veins and bold flavours. My 5yo son loves this cheese too!

This is a reasonably mild cheese, yet still has enough flavour for someone who doesn’t mind quite strong cheese. Its a good price as well.

Castello blue cheese l bought when on special and it was delicious,l am a big fan of blue cheese and it was a winner,a great cheese for special occassions.

This Bleu cheese is so versatile, truly best in salads, on pizza or as an appetizer! It’s bot ad stinky as other Bleu cheeses and it has a real earthy depth of flavour and I love it with roasted garlic and olives!
