This specialty cheese is an absolute delight that we buy for the household from time to time (usually if we can find it on sale);

This was my first try of goats cheese so I’m not sure if I didn’t like the brand or don’t like goats cheese. It left a nasty after taste tho so I’m reluctant to buy again

Oh my goodness, this is the best, most delicious soft goats cheese. It has a beautiful amount of ‘goatiness’ if that makes sense and is just perfect spread on bread, dolloped on pizza after the pizza has come out of the oven, part of a antipasto platter. I could just eat this every day.
