These meals, although not always 15 minutes and often quite a bit more, are quite nice, end up being fairly simple and taste delicious for family.

I love Jamie Oliver – i think he really tries to help the world eat better and for that i think he is great. This is a good book with nice recipes – they do take longer than 15 minutes when you are not a chef, but still quite quick!

This is a great recipe book. It is easy to follow and delicious. It takes me much longer than 15 mins and I never have any of the ingredients in my pantry but is great for a planned meal that’s different.

I do not overly enjoy cooking but it has to be done and if I can make 15 minute meals that is a bonus. These recipes are good and healthy. Very easy.

Like all things, they make it look easy on TV. In reality, I would not cook the stuff in this book, and actually gave it away. Sorry Jamie, but you are better to watch than to emulate

I have a massive cookbook collection being an avid collector of cookbooks and love to cook from each and every cookbook including Jamie’s cookbooks. This one is t for terrific recipes and t for tasty recipes.

I love his quich recipe book although some of his longer recipes are a bit fancy for us these shorter ones are great. I like the way he makes each and every one a health conscious one.
