this item I bought for my mum who has arthritis and I thought it would be better for her, but really it was difficult for her to fit on the top of the can and not that better to open than a much cheaper can opener

I bought this can opener because of it’s claim of being easy to release the lid with one easy click. It worked okay for a couple of months and then it got progressively more difficult. In the end I was using a knife to lever on the button so that it would release the lid. It ended up going in the bin.
