This was a great find at my local IGA. Lemon juice is a staple product across my cooking and this is an excellent, budget friendly find. It’s full of flavour and performs just as well as the more expensive big brand products. It has a long fridge life and a generous sized bottle. I’ll be buying it again.

It’s that time of year where the family are all getting colds and flu and so I’m continually making hot honey and lemon drinks. But I don’t always have fresh lemons so this juice is very handy. I was so surprised that it was actually 99% reconstituted lemon juice. It has a great taste and the bottle is the perfect size for the fridge.

Ever get half way through cooking and realise you dont have a lemon? This product is great for those instances when you need to add some lemon juice but dont have a lemon handy. Would definitely recommend!
