I got 3 decent size Sardines in the can with plenty of Tomato Sauce.
I was really surprised that they tasted so delicious great for a healthy afternoon snack as they are a 4 Stare Health Rating.
I would definitely buy these Sardines again maybe even get a few cans for the pantry to have on hand.

Sardines in tomato sauce are my favourite, on toast. The Black and Gold sardines are really great quality – plump, tender, easy to spread and the sauce is tasty too. 5 sardines in my tin – 2 per toast slice and 1 being saved to jazz up the spagetti sauce tomorrow!! Yum yum.
