We use this tuna both in meals like a tuna salad, tune sandwiches and just to eat by itself as well. My son is interested in high protein meals as he has just started going to the gym so we find ourselves purchasing many tins of this to help him with his journey.

I thought this canned tuna tasted great and I really liked the flavours. It wasn’t greasy and it didn’t have any fishy smelly. I like that the tuna chunks were chunky, flaky and it wasn’t mushy. It has the perfect amount of oil and tuna chunks. It was also very easy and convenient to eat. Knowing that this canned tuna has a 4 star health rating, is a good source of omega 3 and contains no artificial colours, flavours or preservatives means I can enjoy it guilt-free. I think this tuna would be a perfect addition to salads, sandwiches and rice meals.

I consume tuna regularly and was most impressed with the Black and Gold tuna. I opened the lid to find an appealing looking amount and consistency of tuna in oil. Eaten in conjunction with the Black and Gold penne pasta, it made for a tasty protein packed lunch. Will be a regular purchase for me. Excellent value.

The tuna was in convenient sized tins and I used them in a tuna pasta dish for lunch for my family, the taste was premium and not too oily, I will continue to buy this tuna as the price was great and also the taste, great to have in the pantry for an easy meal.

This tuna can is so worth the price. The tuna flakes are so filling with the right amount of oil. I love this in my sandwich and I make a tuna wrap for my son’s lunch box. The taste is really good and not that overly fishy taste. Since I’m a pescetarian will keep buying this brand now.
