Black and gold desicated coconut was just as good as named brands! Would use again

I do a lot of baking with dedicated coconut, and this has been a fabulous product to use. Every week I make a batch of fruit and veggie muffins, and every fortnight a tray of muesli bars, and this desiccated coconut shines! Its full of flavour and doesn’t have a lot of husk in it, like I find some cheaper brands do. A great buy.

Good for baking , or making bars. Added desiccated coconut in cake premix and after baking is so delicious

Another outstanding product from Black and Gold, this desiccated coconut is just beautiful for cooking. Not only great value but also great taste. The bag is a great size which means I can use it for a number of recipes, from coconut cake, coconut ice, and home made apricot balls. With trying to eat healthier this is cost effective and can be used in so many ways.

I use a lot of coconut in my everyday baking and the Black & Gold desiccated coconut is not only great value but tastes delicious too. I was very impressed by how high quality the coconut is. Perfect for making cakes and slices even more delicious. I’ll definitely be buying this again.

The quality of this desiccated coconut surprised me. I usually buy McKenzie’s or Coles brand, but the Black & Gold product was just as aromatic and fresh-smelling. I used it to bake some muffins and added some in granola cookies with other B&G products – they had a strong but not overpowering coconut flavour.

Having only ever used other brands coconut, this tasted exactly the same. I used it in a lemon slice that I make regularly and it tasted delicious. Great product.

The Black & Gold branded Desiccated Coconut is totally worth buying compared to other brands. Tastes the yummy and the exact same as other brands. I added some of this coconut into my protein pancakes and was absolutely yummy. Definitely making them again. Would buy again the Black & Gold Branded coconut.

I am reviewing the Black & Gold desiccated coconut 250g bag. I used this coconut in baking, to make Anzac biscuits! The coconut is lovely smelling, tasting, and the consistency was perfect for baking. A resealable bag would have been useful, but for a value for money option, this product was great!
