A fantastic porchetta roast, this recipe is definitely outside my comfort zone if I was to make it from scratch so it’s fabulous that the kids can try meals like this without us having to go out for dinner which would cost so much more. The convenience and price point of this line is amazing.

This evening I prepared a Garlic & Herb Seasoned Porchetta Roast from IGA with accompanying roast potatoes, sweet potato, roasted carrot, mushroom and corn! It was absolutely delicious and I am so pleased we decided on this dish prepared with fresh ingredients from IGA. Fantastic option for time poor families like ours 🙂

This park was beautiful. A great cut, wasn’t full of fat, beautiful seasoning. I will repurchase this again and again.
The price is perfect when on a budget. There were no left over that night!!

So easy to cook and so delicious- the whole family loved it

To be able to get a roast done in 30 minutes is awesome. And in the airfryer is even better. I didn’t have time to dry out the skin so the crackle wasn’t as good as I hoped but that wasn’t the product problem. Made a gravy to go with it and it went down a treat with my family.

We used the air fry instructions to prepare this and it turned out amazing. The crackle was perfect and the pork full of flavour. The size of the pork was enough to feed 4 of us easily and we enjoyed every last bit of it. Will definitely try have it again
