A delicious blend of flavours quite unique to anything I’ve ever made at home. This was a real treat for the kids as I’m not usually a big lamb person and don’t often cook or purchase it at home so they got to try something quite new for them and they loved it.

The Middle Estern lamb was delicious. Plenty of flavour and so tender that you could pull it apart with a fork.
There was a fair bit of fat, that we separated out, but over all it was great.
Enough for 4 people with veggies and salad. Would also be great tossed through pasta.

This was a great dish for the family to share. The meat was so incredibly tender and absolutely so easy to pull apart. Unfortunately, I found it a tad too oily – needed a lot of salad and tzatziki to cut through it and it needed some salt but the texture and overall cost effectiveness was amazing.

This lamb melted in your mouth it was so tender and juicy. We ate it as a main with sides but I think it would also go well in a wrap due to the herby goodness of the meat. It was so micely seasoned you could eat it as a gyro or have it as is with different veg.

The preparation appears very straightforward, just heating up in the oven or microwave and getting dinner on the table with minimal hassle. This lamb shoulder was quick and easy to heat and serve. Great taste. The whole family enjoyed it. We had it with roast vegetables. Was a convenient meal to have when too busy to cook or in summer when you don’t feel like cooking much. Would recommend and would consider buying again.

Full of flavour this meal was easy to prepare in the oven and on the table within the hour. For a slow cooked meal with minimal effort, I’m super impressed. It tasted good, was easy to prepare and I the one packet fed 4 adults, 2 kids with some leftover. Good value.

The lamb shoulder was delicious. It was about 800g and heated well in the microwave. 6 minutes on high and it was ready to serve.
I shredded the lamb so my family could put it on Lebanese bread with the salad items had prepared. It was moist, tasty and the easiest “slow” cooked lamb I’d ever made. Such a great way to have a nice dinner when you have limited time or a busy day at work.

I am so impressed with the quality of the Middle Eastern Style Lamb Shoulder. It was so easy to prepare and convenient after a long day with my family. Normally to get meat to be so tender, you would need to spend hours in the kitchen. I am so pleased to have found this delicious juicy and tender lamb shoulder as an easy dinner option.

This lamb was packed with flavour and oh so tender! I also loved how you buy it by weight.
I thunk it could be easier to prepare if it came in a foil tray and you just gad to cover it with foil for the oven. Rather than cutting it out of a bag, placing it on a lined tray and covering with foil.
The instructions also said “stir” at 25 minutes which seemed strange as it’s a big lump of meat so I shredded it in large chunks at that stage and removed the foil for 8 minutes. Cooked perfectly!

A tasty combination of herbs & spices that took this quality lamb to another level. It cooked so beautifully & with minimal effort needed. So succulent & tender. So yummy!
