I love these sun-dried tomato strips as they’re already cut up for me. I use them in a creamy sun-dried tomato pasta, it’s one of our family favourites. This halves the prep time for me and they’re really good quality. Just delicious.

Sundried tomato is completely underrated. I love it on sandwiches, in pasta dishes, in salads. The strips are great because you don’t have to try and cut it up (which can often be hard to do).

I tend to use these in a vegie and rice slice and they add a great little zing to the dish. As they are mixed though they give bursts of flavour. They are in oil but you can easily drain them off on a piece of paper towel.

I find the half tomatoes seem to have less in the jar, they could fit more tomato and less oil in my opinion. Otherwise they are great quality, however I usually only use these for blitzing in a dip etc as they are too big for much else.
