I tried drying tomatoes at home and they take several hours, so not only are these tasty but so convenient and jjust an excellent buy.

I love the Sandhurst range of products and the sundried tomatoes are no exception. They are delicious – a little chewy (as are all sun dried tomatoes) – and the oil they are marinated in is great drizzled over salads or even toast.
