Chang’s have a terrific and wide range of products that I like to use when preparing and cooking asian recipes and meals. Chang’s noodles are indeed delicious.

Not sure how good they are for you as I think they are fried, however they do as a really nice crunchy texture to a variety of salads or as a topping to a little stirfry.
