    Once upon a time I used standard crumbs to crumb my meat until one day I tried these. Mix with a bit of garlic pepper herbs and bam you have the most delicious crunchy crumbled steak you’ve ever tried!

    Whatever you use these on will be super crispy. I use them for chicken and make ny own katsu. But they are great for coating prawns as well. An excellent coating.

    I have been using these for my son as we are doing a lot of home made food to cut nasties out, i find that these are great on his nuggets when i dont have any bread left to make my own and have less nasties then others.

    These crumbs rock! I love them to crumb schnitzels and snags. We also use them as a filler in hamburgers and add them to salmon patties too!

    I found the breadcrumbs were larger than the other brands. I used to make my own from dry dinner rolls, but am going to use these from now on. The schnitzel came out terrific and my family noticed the difference straight away.
